Distribution and Office Volunteer: Fill-in
Work in the Denver VOICE office at our distribution desk and conduct vendor newspaper transactions. Enter each transaction into our database. Interact with vendors in a friendly and respectful manner while exercising appropriate boundaries. Conduct office support tasks including data entry, web research, event preparation support, etc.
Event Volunteer
Assist in the planning and execution of our spring and fall fundraisers. We are currently looking for table captains for our annual Rise and Thrive breakfast event.
outreach & Recruitment volunteer
Participate in scheduled outreach and vendor recruitment activities. Volunteer must have a firm understanding of the Vendor Program and the ability to explain the program and orientation process to prospective vendors.
copy editor
Review each edition with the Managing Editor in a monthly meeting where you will look for grammatical errors, structural consistency, and provide other editorial feedback prior to publication.
