Are tiny house communities and tent cities viable housing/shelter options for people experiencing homelessness?
Armand Casazza
I would say yes. I’m trying to get a mini home; it’s cheaper for all your bills and makes moving easier. Whoever thought of tiny houses really had a good idea, and I hope more people see the value of them. I wish I had the cash to buy one!
Dwayne Pride
Yes and no. It’s definitely shelter, but is it adequate shelter? There are still several questions that need to be answered about this new idea.
Jerry Rosen
I feel that tent cities are good if they are kept clean and people are aware of the rules to make it a safe environment. ■
